The veggie burger is a perfect one they make very tasty and healthy . I love the food + last time i tried the wings which are super good …. The boy working there Robin is a very good , calm , and treat every customers politely and softly . I liked everything as i go every afternoon to have my lunch hahahah ..

Now we got a guy called Kiroo, in Maxin Chicken (Derby Road, Loughborough) I can already tell the difference. He listens to what the customer wants. And therefore giving customer satisfaction. Big improvements from the man that used work there before. Nice tasty food. And good value. Very polite staff members. I am happy to go there. Thanks to Kiroo and new staff members. Keep up the good work. Today it's all changed. Now new staff again. Just got a tower burger meal. After waiting over 30 minutes And all he offered was a few extra chips. I said that's not good enough. And he had un clean clothes. Poor service. Not listening to the customer. Not goid customer service. Very disappointed indeed Was really as we are regular weekly customers. You let me down .

The burgers here are amazing and the service is excellent. Personal opinion: forget McDonalds and Burger King, this place is definitely worth 5 stars.
